Dear Dr. Chu & Staff,
I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for
making my dental work as comfortable and as painless as
possible.
From my initial visit to my weekly visits all
through the month of May, everyone, from office personnel to hygienists, has
made me feel like a welcome client. For someone who has had bad past
experiences with dentists, this has made it much easier to follow through with
all the work needed to save what few teeth I have left.
Also, I especially appreciate the way I was
made a part of the planning for what work would (be) done, when it would be
done, and in what order it would get done. This was a refreshing change
from times past with other dentists, who would simply shake their heads after
the initial exam and then begin some major piece of work without even gaining
my approval.
