Thank you so very much for the superb dental services you rendered to me.  I also thank you for the extra gentleness and consideration that you and Maria imparted to me each and very moment that I sat in your dental chair.  Despite the fact that I stand six feet and one inch tall and that I weigh apprx. 200 pounds, I am a "Big Baby" and I can't endure the slightest pain (a real Momma's Boy).  For this reason, I've walked around with bad teeth and lacking in personal confidence for the longest time. 

My co-worker, Cynthia Kelley, was so certain (even adamant) that you were the dentist for me!  Today I concur!  You and your capable staff are wonderful and I have already recommended you to others.
